Services I offer

People come to therapy for a great many reasons – to talk about personal experiences, to work through concerns and events that are impacting and affecting life negatively, or maybe to explore personal life goals and find ways to support their journey towards achieving them.

As an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, I put the emphasis on our working together, collaboratively exploring what you want from your therapy time.

The advantage of working integratively is that therapy is flexible and tailored specifically to you and your needs. This allows us to use tools from different therapeutic approaches, finding the best fit for you by using your feedback to inform these choices.

At hart therapy, counselling and psychotherapy I offer brief therapy, between 1 and 10 sessions, as well as longer-term therapy.

Each session is 50 minutes in length.

I work with adults face-to-face from my comfortable therapy practice room in Sheffield 10, or online via zoom or by telephone.

I also offer Walk and Talk Therapy.

Walk and Talk Therapy

I am really excited to offer you Walk and Talk as part of my therapy practice. Walk and Talk is an opportunity to use nature to ground ourselves and connect.

I know that I always feel more energised when I have had even just a short walk outside and being outdoors in nature can benefit our wellbeing, both physical and mental. Research has suggested that walking in nature could significantly reduce depression and anxiety, as well as improve self-esteem.

You can opt to access all of your therapy sessions through Walk and Talk or choose to blend it with face to face/online/telephone.
